A Little About Me...
Hi I’m Meredith, and the face behind the camera. I'm a portrait and branding/headshot photographer based in Senoia, GA and a wife and mommy to two precious little girls that are forever keeping me on my toes. Family is one of the most important things to me, and one of the main reasons I chose to pursue photography in the first place. My business started as a side gig in 2013, while I was working full time as a pediatric OT in my hometown of Mooresville, NC. After we welcomed our first little girl, Bryan and I decided that I would "retire" from occupational therapy and focus on our growing family. I love the ability to be so present with my family, while pursuing my passion for photography at the same time.
If you know me, you know that I just love people and connection. For me, this business is a way to inspire and uplift people while fostering relationships and connection. I believe having a great connection with your photographer is really important and helps you be more comfortable and authentic in front of the camera.
For me, it's so much more than just pretty pictures, it's the experience. I wholeheartedly believe that when you look at a photo, you are brought back to the moment in time when it was taken, and that experience influences how you feel when you look at the image...even years later. You can have a beautiful photo, but if it's tied to a negative experience you aren't really wanting to show it off and you aren't getting those warm fuzzies when you look at it. Now, if that same gorgeous image is tied to the most amazing experience you want to show it off to everyone. THAT is what I'm after and what I strive to give my clients.
I feel led to help people feel amazing, beautiful, and confident while having the best time possible. I want them to look back on the images and see themselves how their loved ones see them, how I see them. I believe that all people are created unique and beautiful and deserve to have photos of themselves that they love on display. Years later, I want my clients to be able to flip through their heirloom album or show their children the art on their grandparents' walls and remember what an incredible, fun, and uplifting experience it was...even if high school or their senior year wasn't the most amazing time of their life. I want to provide an experience that will forever be a bright spot to look back and remember.
MY WHY
The power of print is so incredibly important, yet unfortunately it's become pretty under-valued in today’s social media digital image age. Our culture is super focused on sharing the right now and social media is an awesome means of sharing with loved ones, especially when we are far apart. Technology is constantly changing and evolving to the next big thing, I mean, they aren’t even making computers with CD drives anymore and some don't even have USB drives!
But think about it...if all we do is put images online on the current hot social media site or on some drive, how are our great grandchildren going to even know who we are? Handing them a CD or USB will be like someone handing us an old floppy disk…completely useless! And that’s if you can even FIND it! Those usually end up scratched and forgotten somewhere in a drawer. Not to mention the frequency at which hard drives and computers crash or fail.
Professionally printing your images will keep you and your memories alive for generations to come. I know this first hand, from my great great grandfather, who also happened to be a photographer. We have printed portraits he created that are over 100 years old (WOW!) that I've now been able to share with my children and and one day will share with my grandchildren.

We never know what life will bring us, but we can document life while we are living it. With my dad passing away just a few years ago, my children will never get to meet him. This makes preserving memories even MORE important to me. Every single photo of him we have is priceless. I just thank God I was photographing our family and capturing special moments before he passed! My girls and their cousins know his face and happily point out "Papa in Heaven" in every photograph where they see him.
People want to know where they came from, children feel more valued as a family member when they see themselves displayed around the walls of their home. Printed photographs aren’t just a nice thing to look at, they are an investment in your future and legacy. THIS is why I am so passionate about providing my clients with tangible memories, in the form of custom print products that will last forever.
